Shipping Policy
Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders shipped from this store to addresses in the United States.
Shipping Area and Carrier
• Shipping Area: We currently only support shipping to the 50 contiguous states of the United States (we do not currently support shipping to the following areas: Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote areas, US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam, and all APO/FPO military addresses)
• Carrier: DHL, FedEx, or other local logistics service providers
Shipping Time (calculated from the time the carrier picks up the package)
We provide fast and reliable international shipping services from our warehouse in China.
• Standard shipping: Estimated 7-15 business days
• Expedited shipping: Estimated 5-9 business days
Note on delivery time: The above are estimated times; actual delivery time may be extended due to destination, customs clearance, holidays, and delivery conditions in some remote areas
Shipping Tracking
• The tracking number will be automatically sent to your email address after shipment (please check your spam folder if you don't receive it).

Order Modification and Cancellation
• If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee successful interception.
• If you insist on canceling an order that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and risks associated with returning the package to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
• Package anomalies: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Important Notes:
• A physical address is required (P.O. boxes/military addresses are not accepted).
• Please ensure that the recipient's contact information (phone number/email/address) is accurate to avoid delivery delays.
• If the package fails to be delivered or is returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the resulting reshipment costs or related fees.
