Gravoptics crafts each product with precision and implements comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process. Coupled with our efficient and convenient after-sales support system, we are committed to ensuring your peace of mind from purchase to use.

 

Return Period

Within 30 days from the date of delivery (based on the receipt date).

 

Return Requirements

1) Product Condition: The product and all accessories must be in brand new, unused condition and with original packaging.

Note: Returned goods must be shipped within 5 business days after the return request is approved, and the tracking number must be provided.

2) Only products purchased directly through the Gravoptics official website are eligible for return. Products purchased through other channels are subject to their respective return and exchange policies.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email and provide your order number and reason for return. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. After you ship the product back, we will process the refund or exchange upon receiving and verifying the product.

Please note: Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Return or exchange shipping costs due to quality issues will be borne by the Gravoptics official flagship store. For warranty claims and returns unrelated to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

The following situations require the buyer to bear the shipping costs:

1. Subjective reasons from the customer (dislike, no longer needed)

2. Returns of items without confirmed defects

3. Buyer mistakenly sending back the wrong item

4. Returning the wrong product

5. Items claimed to be defective but confirmed to be fully functional after our quality inspection

6. Defective items returned during international shipping

7. Costs incurred from unauthorized returns (Any returns that do not follow the standard warranty process)

 

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies between the received goods and your order, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and handle it appropriately.

 

 

One-Year Warranty

Gravoptics provides a one-year warranty, starting from the date you receive the product. The warranty covers malfunctions caused by quality issues of the instrument. Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, product images, and a detailed description of the problem (text/photos/videos) via email.

 

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

1. Damage caused by human error or accident

2. Repairs or disassembly performed by unauthorized personnel or service centers not authorized by Gravoptics

3. Damage caused by improper operation

4. Products not purchased directly from the Gravoptics official website
